Common questions
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Your trial simply ends. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for card details. To carry on, choose a tier and subscribe.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes. Your saved sites carry across. Save each stage under its own name, such as Site F and Site O, so moving up never overwrites the earlier answer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can my council or organisation pay by invoice?
Yes. Councils and other organisations can pay by invoice instead of by card. Contact us and we'll set it up.
Are the council policy figures correct for my area?
The figures loaded for each council are illustrative defaults. Each one shows "Default — not verified" until you confirm it against the council's adopted policy, and reports say which figures were checked.
Is my site data private?
Yes. Your sites are visible only to you. [Confirm details once the online version and privacy policy are finished.]
